He's amazingly off-the-cuff funny as well. Most sportscasters don't know how to balance humor and information as well as him.

Most fun to listen/see to on TV has to be David Feherty! On serious sporting issues, gotta love Jeremy Schaap.

I admit, I am a goober for this. I grew up with Dan Marino, a major influence in my formative years. I am tempted to say that he is my favorite, as he was also inducted into the hall of fame on my birthday; however, when Charles Barkley starts talking, it is always entertaining. I am torn.

Somebody help me decide. Good guy Dan "The Man" Marino, or pseudo bad boy/comedian Sir Charles Barkley.

I'm a big fan of Kevin Harlan. He's good on TNT calling NBA games, but he was awesome as the Timberwolves' radio play-by-play guy for years...especially the early years when they were getting beaten by 20 pts. every night.

Marty Brennaman was fairly good 30 years ago. Unless you are a Reds fan and enjoy homerism to the point where you don't even care if the action he is describing doesn't even remotely resemble reality, he un-listenable now.

I wanted a "none of the above" option. To me, the best sportscasters are the ones I don't even notice. They only stand out to me when they're bad--so annoying that they get in the way of me watching the game.
