I'm 5"9' and 155 pounds. My ideal weight is 168 but my doctor says I need to lose weight. That's because it's all in my stomach area where my liver, kidneys, pancreas and other critical organs are.
Unfortunately, I discovered you cannot workout a specific area and lose the fat there. Your body will determine where the fat burning comes from. You can, however, determine where to build muscle by working out those particular areas.
Really, "ass," way to keep it classy Woot!
Sadly the only thing I work out consistently is my right arm and a lower-body appendage.
