restarting the Hundred Pushups program for the umpteenth time. I just lose my motivation when I start to repeat Week 4 over and over again cuz I don't feel I have the strength to get to Week 5. I am changing it up this time and trying with pushup bars though.

Although this thread started out mostly in the weight loss category, I don't see why it couldn't revived and also be used to help motivate each other for workouts!

I hate cardio for no other reason than it's so mind numbingly boring. It always seems to take forever, even at my level. I can't imagine how dull it would be if I was in shape enough to actually keep it up for any length of time.

I spent a half hour on the treadmill last night, and all I could think about was getting it over so I could actually do something.
