What is this for, other than annoying my dog?

It's for hunting predators like coyotes or bobcat. Like a decoy. Often one would have something that makes wounded prey sorts of noises and then a moving decoy like this to get the Wily E. Coyote to come in closer and into range.

I'm trying to think what I can "decoy" with this thing...it would likely scare the deer in my backyard...scare every bird except the neighborhood hawk...make my dogs go crazy... Hmmm...is this supposed to attract a T-Rex or something? Neighborhood bullies who like to torture small wounded animals? Cats? And why would I want to attract T-Rexes, bullies, or cats? Is this Woot saying I should shoot whatever comes to check it out? Is this subtle Woot mind-control trying to turn us into killers?

Or maybe I can set it near the garbage cans so that it can scare my family when they take out the trash. And what do I get then? Garbage dumped into my convertible?

I'm not feeling it here and especially for $24.00, I think I'll pass. After all, $24.00 buys multiple Bags o' Crap.

I can't imagine that this thing would have a large potential customer pool. I may be wrong (it happens now and then), but it could be on here for a very, very long time.
