Can anyone comment on the fit? Im about 200lbs and 6ft.

Someone mentioned that it was for kids and small women. True?

I use this for my grip on the railroad. Holds up to tons of abuse!

I really really wanted one of these - but can't seem to buy one! Every time I get this error "Google Chrome could not load the webpage because wantone.woot.com took too long to respond. The website may be down, or you may be experiencing issues with your Internet connection."

All other woot pages work, all of the internet seems to work, and I've purchased plenty of time off woot. Very weird, hopefully it'll be fixed before the sale ends.

We're not sure exactly what you could be experiencing, maybe try purchasing with another browser?

If you keep having issues, please let us know at service@woot.com or post here and we'll help you out.

Being for a 14.5"-18.5" torso range, I would say too small, but you need to measure your torso to be sure.

Most recommend measuring like this: From your C7 vertebra (knob that sticks out on back of your neck) to your iliac crest (first hard thing below your ribs). Distance between these 2 items would be your torso length.

I ran into this several times as well around 2am EST. I tried using IE9, PaleMoon, and FireFox 13. I ended up making the purchase on IE9 after several attempts with the other browsers.

The video says it is a compartmentized bag. I am wondering how compartmentalized it is? When I go thru airports, usually, the bags that are like one deep bag, I have to take out many things just to reach the stuff at the bottom in order to take it out. Is there compartments inside that keeps things in its own section so I could pull that camera that might be at the bottom of the bag?

buy me one and I'll let you know ;)

It's anyone's guess. I've had stuff arrive anywhere between 2-days and 2 weeks.

I Just ordered but ended up without being asked for my payment source on PayPal. Is there any way to do this with BillMeLater as a source? It just went straight to my backup credit card... help!

Can not purchase it. After clicking on the big yellow button, I get a "Internet Connection Problem" error page. All of the other pages load just fine. Do not think it is my browser - IE 8

Something is jacked. Just for an experiment, I tried to buy one of the wine offers. Same thing - cannot get anything after I click the yellow button.

I'm a very petite woman: 5'0", 106lbs, waist is about 27". Would the Kelty 44 do well on me, or should I get the women's specific 40?

Went into Tools|Internet Options|Advanced. Apparently SSL 2.0 is off by default (SSL 3.0 is on). I checked SSL 2.0 and restarted browser - it let me in. Might want to pass along. (of course, maybe you guys should be using SSL 3.0 ...)

Looks like they make a Small and Large version of this backpack and this is the small version, so yes, probably not for you (or me).

The Redwing 50 comes in S/M and M/L. The 44 only comes in one size.

I don't think it's the browser. I think it's the servers. I had the problem today, too. I work from IE and Firefox, and it keeps requiring reloading the pages until it finally goes through, regardless of browser. Took me 3 minutes today.

Look at the link I poasted earlier with the video.
http://www.backcountryedge.com/kelty-redwing-44-2650.aspx
It shows more compartments than I can count.

Looks like alot of compartment for knick knacks, but only a divider in the large compartment. Although the video does shows it unzips wide so I could open it up to take out specific things.

The bag's rustling sound in the video makes it sound like it is very thin material (sounds like windbreaker thickness), not balistic nylon. Is it strong enough to take the abuse of heavy duty bags?

I'm assuming so. I just bought one. Take a quick peek at the other reviews, at how some people use this as luggage for trips. That pretty much clinched it for me.

Got it too. Look good. 420 on the thin side, but for hiking...weight seems to be critical, so nobody is doing 1600 denier just for the heck of it.

That alum bar looks like it could be bend if it bag is handled carelessly and banged around while traveling. Maybe it should be removed and placed luggage (if available) when it is lugged into luggage compartment, etc.
