Built in silencer technology my butt! This thing is as loud as my .22 rifle! LOL!

So, does anyone know how to adjust the elevation on this thing besides using the scope's elevation control?
My shots at just 30ish feet are about 3 inches bellow target and the elevation adjustment on the scope is not enough to adjust this. Thanks!
