One question - quite possibly a very dumb one - lol: What exactly is an "equipment mat", & where would I get one? Entire house is all old wooden floors, so no carpeting here.

An equipment mat is just a thin rubber mat that lays flat under your machine. Keeps it from sliding. u can get one on Amazon they have loads to choose from all sizes and prices starting at what looks like $16 (did a fast glance) and up. I bet you could even use a rubber backed bath mat under this and that would help on a wooden floor.

So this came in the mail today, and I have to say, I am a little disappointed. The equipment looks used, there are scuffs and marks on the sides and bottom of it, and it didn't even come with the pull cords as it was advertised. I will be calling their customer support number monday and complaining quite a bit, as they are not available on the weekend.

I'm sorry for the issues. Please do email service@woot.com. Please note that they're working through an incredible amount of email from the woot-off and various outages so please be patient.

Also, check your spam/junk folders now and then... you know, just in case.

Got mine, unpacked today. Base plate is missing. It looks like shabby packaging may be an issue here. Lets see if customer service comes through with the missing part.

Edit: Emailed Stamina on 7/2 and had the missing part delivered and installed on 7/6 - excellent 4 day turnaround and no-questions-asked customer support.

How long before these ship? Bought on 6/25 and under Stuff You Bought, still in "awaiting shipping" mode. Worried since some are already receiving and mine still hasn't shipped.

Mine should arrive today but I never got my tracking id. I had to track by reference on Fedex account using the order number.

https://www.fedex.com/AltRefTracking?cntry_code=us put in your order number as reference and select United States and the zipcode being shipped to.

Same thing here. No pull cords - or "resistance tubes" as they seem to be called in the manual.

Same here...got the bands and base, no DVD. Woot did refund $5 for the missing DVD, I would have preferred the DVD. Oh well, at least the stepper (er, elliptical) works!

I found that my box was also missing the DVD.

And when I went to assemble the Ellipitcal, it was missing one screw. SIGH.

Thanks for all the advice and videos.

I have a bad knee and back issues, and recently changed to a job where I work from home 100%, so I don't get as much exercise as I would like. I have been looking for something low impact, that I can use from home and possibly while sitting on conference calls, while at my desk.

In for 1 - hope it lives up to the reviews.
