Poll: Do you watch what you eat?

I voted for healthy stuff, but I also do proper portions as well... That's the biggest part to remaining healthy... (along with regular excersize)

I have been using the free app and website http://www.myfitnesspal.com/ for about 3 weeks now. It really makes watching your calories easy. Hope this helps someone!

My huge loaded salads are meals in themselves for me (lots of veggies, and a little protein by way of chicken, egg or beans) and Kashi cereal, along with walking 10-15 miles a week = about 1.5-2lbs lost per week.

30 pounds lost last year, 25 to go this year (by Labor Day)

I answered healthy stuff, but since I'm paranoid about what that implies, I am specifically meaning high animal protein & fat, good amounts of vegetables, moderate fruit and sugar, no grains (a la Fat Head & Wheat Belly).

Whew. Less paranoid, now.
