I voted for healthy stuff, but I also do proper portions as well... That's the biggest part to remaining healthy... (along with regular excersize)

My huge loaded salads are meals in themselves for me (lots of veggies, and a little protein by way of chicken, egg or beans) and Kashi cereal, along with walking 10-15 miles a week = about 1.5-2lbs lost per week.
30 pounds lost last year, 25 to go this year (by Labor Day)
