Nice High Quality BPA-free bottles like these cost a lot. I honestly thought woot was selling these at (the fair price of) 10 dollars each, so these are definitely steal at just over $3 a pop. I don't know how many woot has but I wont be surprised if this sells out early. I really like the lid, it's just begging for a carabiner.

Wider is a nice feature.

I can't seem to buy this? When I hit the "Buy Now" button, it sits around trying to load and then gives me a "The connection was reset" error.

Any ideas?

Sorry for the problems. Amazon Web Services had a rather large hiccup that affected a good portion of the internet. Things are coming back online but it may take a bit longer for everything to settle down.

Ah, thank you.

Does anyone know if these bottles have a seam or are molded in one piece? None of the many photos show the bottom of the bottle...

Are these dishwasher safe or hand wash only? I can't seem to find an answer that's clear anywhere on line. Half the sites say hand wash only and half say dishwasher is fine but it may scratch up your paint job.

Has anyone actually owned one of these that can give me a real answer?

I was about to jump on this, thinking it was $10 for one. At $10 for 3, it's a steal.

I've owned other Stanley SS products, and they are marvelous. While I dislike the plug-style cap, BPA-free, SS bottles of this quality are hard to come by.

Even if you just want a BPA-free bottle, Tritan Nalgenes are about the same price for just one and Kleen Kanteens are about twice as much so it's a great, unadulterated deal.

Saw that these were stainless steel. In for 3 at a this great price. Aluminum just dents too easily.

I guess having the "Stanley" logo emblazoned on the entire unit, wasn't such a great marketing idea after all.

Our expert investigative investigators have flipped, rotated, and turned these bottles in every direction. They are pleased to report that there are NO seams.

Repeat: No Seams

While flipping these over, our investigators spotted a note on the bottom that said to hand-wash only. Whether or not you do is up to you, of course.

While I've heard (and read above too) good things about Stanley bottles, the plug-style cap is a major downer. Get with the century, Stanley!
Also, SS dents too. I've got plenty of dented KK and other brand bottles! One of mine needs some hammering so it will stand upright again.
Tempted by the Stanley name and rep but waiting to see if Stanley ever comes out with a non-plug cap.

Subtle logo... unfortunately my name isn't Stanley.

Just ordered a 3 pack. Pretty good price even with shipping for the 3 bottles.

Are these things dishwasher safe? I would love to get a set for work. It gets so darn hot in the summer.

I pulled the trigger!
I like the fact they are SS and love the Xlarge 24oz capacity. My 16oz SS bottles just don't fit the bill for me during the summer months.

What exactly do you mean... are they not screw in caps? They look like they have screw threads to me.

I'm in for a trio of bottles regardless at a price this low, but I am curious about this "plug" top.

I'm in for a set of three. This seems like a really nifty deal (I had priced similar water bottles in a local store recently, and the store was charging about 24 bucks [for one water bottle] so I passed).

Anyhow... I'm wondering what the specific complaints are, regarding the bottle caps. Do the caps leak, or something? Are they difficult to open/close? Any clarification would be appreciated.

Wide-mouth and stainless is the way to go! I'd be in for 1 set if the ones I already own weren't so durable.

Got these and they are very nice. So glad I ordered them. The wide mouth top makes them easy to fill and easy to clean. Thanks, Woot.
