Amazon reviews look good. I can use it on my bike rides and actually get some video of my dog on point when pheasant hunting. Hmmm, what's the catch?

Ha! I thought you meant Matthew + Randy, like "Bennifer", and I was going to say, "that's not Randy in the video!"

Mandy seems a little too happy to have a hardhat with a camera on :o

I know bluejester misses Mandy as much as I do.

Can't wait to use this for bow hunting! Hopefully it doesn't repel deer like it repelled fish in the camera's real actual field test.

Hiya! When reporting errors it really helps us to know which error you're getting. (That helps our fantastic developers pinpoint the issue and fix it!)

If you're still having errors, please let us know what kind!

Oh my goodness! And I didn't even know bows had to be hunted! Is it for their own good, in order to keep their numbers
under control, like deer? =^}

Price on MidlandRadio website is $10 below the list price shown here, so the price may be dropping quickly on these. The XTC205VP2 720p HD is now the same price as the SD one here on Woot, but it may not come with the accessories. I may still go for this deal given that it takes AAA batteries and will serve the purpose I need it for. I'd like to know the typical battery life for this camera, though.

Read that the batteries last around 2 hours.

Thanks, Adrian1205, for the battery life info.

Sorry about the confusion on the price of 720p HD version. What I really meant was that the list price on the model offered here and the HD version are the same. So then if the HD model were to be offered at the same discount as the the SD model, the price would be the same. I don't think the HD version comes with the mounting accessories.

Just in time for Father's Day. Thank you! He's gonna love this for his beekeeping and deer hunting.

I'd love to get this camera, but so many hunting opportunities are in lower than optimal light. This review on Woot's Parent Site isn't as good as those seen in the middle of a lake with the sun shining.

Bought one of these cameras on june 12, 2012. Came pretty quick then had to order mini sd card it came pretty quick. Put the mini sd and batteries in ran for about 27 seconds and shut off. Came in down loading to pc was easy. 27second of vidio sound was not great. Tried again. 27 seconds of video. Changed bateries from the ones that came with unit to durracell 27 second of video. Download was easy as can be but unit will not stay on shuts itself off. It's 4th of July and company is closed. I'll call them tomorrow and probably have to ship it back. S&H to me. I have only purchase 4 thing from Woot and two of them Archos Tablet and this camera cost me extra time and money S&H. I am done buying from Woot.

The reason the camera would only run for 29 second is the 8GB card I purchased only showed 24.4 MB so the reason the camera was shutting of was card was filling up. Sorry about the initial bad report.
