The problem wasn't that this guy was legally allowed to buy military type weapons.
The problem is everyone else didn't have them too.
Everyone should be able to have a gun to protect themselves or hunt if they want to.
Those are not the type of guns this guy had.
I can agree to a point. If you can't hit what you're aiming at with five or six rounds you really have no business owning a gun anyway.Unfortunately restrictions on the type of weapons or magazine capacity someone can own only applies to law abiding people. It doesn't work. I know this because I came from a place that has very strict gun laws.

I guess that isn't that interesting.
For you it was.

I was 108 when I started my nap, it's clouded up a bit and is down to 103.
Rain? maybe, but probably not here.
Maybe I venture out for a coffee

dontwantaname wrote:Damn dog.
Left him out of the crate when we went for dinner.
Came home and found the garbage spread throughout 3 rooms. All food products....gone.
Cat looked suspiciously happy and full too.
I only throw one latch just until it closes on the crate. Any one can break out of it, but Rusty never does.
Leave him out and about once a year, he destroys the garbage or eats a box of woot crap.
Yes, the box and the crap inside. That was the first one, when he was new.
Vet said, as he treated rusty for biting into a battery, "they lure you into complacency and then they make their move.
Yep.
Once ever 10 to 12 months he destroys something.
I guess I'm now good for a year.
Except for the poop runs he will have for the next week for everything he ate out of the garbage tonight.
So Rusty is guilty of being a dog.
And you're guilty of forgetting he's one.
He's still better trained than your children.

Guess we're having company this week. Mrs. Ice's cousin's boy from Kansas is staying with us for a few days while attending a conference. The house is a disaster. I don't mind company, I just prefer more than 36 hours notice.
